The founders DéRecco Lynch and Bryan Williams are dynamic creative professionals who are charting a legacy of community building for diverse intersectional groups through events, story-sharing, and excursions. Through these micro experiences, the adage “we are better together” resonated enough to spark the vision for a hybrid one-stop shop to help dreamers and doers move the needle in their pursuit of passion.
DéRecco Lynch
Co-Founder
DéRecco has dedicated 17 years of leadership to providing models to higher education institutions for creating seamless processes and removing barriers that hindered Black, Latinx, first-gen and low-income students with attaining their higher education pursuits. More recently, he has taken on the role of Engineer in the technology field and currently leads efforts across several industries to build a new community engagement model for corporations and historically black colleges and universities. An Ed.D candidate, DéRecco’s research examines how K-12 strategic partnerships transform colleges and universities into destination institutions. In his mentoring roles, DéRecco counsels young professionals on how to break into the tech industry.
Bryan Williams
Co-Founder
After spending nearly a decade in sales and business development for a leading retailer in home improvement, Bryan Williams made a career change to Healthcare Administration. In his current role as Business Director for one of the nation’s Top Pediatric Hospitals, he oversees the business and financial operations within the Patient Services Institute. In additional to his professional career in finance, Bryan leverages his experience and skills in the Real Estate Industry where he serves the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area as a REALTOR®, promoting and enabling community through homeownership. Bryan also now serves a various community Boards focused in the Arts and Youth Mentoring.
